Donor semen specimens can be selected from Midwest Sperm Bank’s donor online catalog, which includes information regarding race, ethnic background, blood type, Rh factor, physical characteristics, religion, education, occupation, and special interests and hobbies.
This catalog is updated on a monthly basis. We strongly suggest that clients select at least four donors from this list to match their desired physical characteristics and traits.
Condensed profiles are available online, including 3-page summary donor profiles at no charge. Longer, extensive profiles containing 30+ pages are available for a minimal fee which contain in-depth family screening and psychological evaluation for each donor.
